About The RTP Photo And Video Team

We’re a local business with an awesome team, two studio locations, and hundreds of five-star reviews. David Williams, our owner, has been behind the camera since way back in 1982—he started out photographing high school sports in Wake County while he was still in high school himself.

David’s a Raleigh native through and through. He and his wife Brenda got married here in 1989 and opened their first studio in North Raleigh the following year. They’ve raised their family here too—daughters Megan (born in ’91) and Brittney (’93), and now their grandson Nolan, born in 2025.

David played basketball growing up, took up Tae Kwon Do in his 20s, and these days he’s into running and triathlons. He even knocked out his first marathon at age 56! He’s high energy.

  • Pre-session consultation by Zoom or Phone to discuss details & logistics 
    
    
  • Approximately 5–6 minutes per player for individual photos 
    
    
  • *The photographer chooses images to deliver ( only changes are spelling errors )

Session Info & Payment

• • *$125 per player ( Base option of 3, 1, and 3 as pictured of baseball player ) 
    
    
  • *10-player minimum commitment 
    
    
  • 30-minute setup time before the shoot 
    
    
  • Up to 90 minutes for session time for 10 players and a group shot.
     
  • All parties work together to obtain location permission and coordinate timing. 
    
    
  • Either a centralized single payment or individual payments are accepted

• *Full payment of $1,250 + applicable tax is due upfront to reserve the date

      *Note: $1,250 is the minimum starting price point. If fewer than 10 players, the
      average cost per player will go up.

Two Individuals: Up To 45 Minutes Per Player

• • *$625 per player ( more images delivered with the only limit being time )
  • More customization with this session ( ask for details )
  • *2-player minimum commitment
  • 30-minute setup time before the shoot
  • All parties work together to obtain location permission and coordinate timing.
  • Either a centralized single payment or individual payments are accepted
